- 1 lbs Chicken Breast Cubed
- 4 tbsp Rosemary Chopped
- Zucchini Chopped
- Bell Pepper Seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season vegetables and chicken with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Place vegetables and chicken in skewers, alternating layers
- Prepare in preheated grill, over medium heat. Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 5-10 minutes per side.
- Serve right away! Use sauces as desired.
Recipe Notes
Great served with rice.
