Chicken thighs get better with a pinch of thyme and when they are made on a BBQ!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Thighs
- 4 tbsp Thyme Chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- BBQ sauce for serving

Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the chicken in preheated grill, over medium heat. Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 20 minutes per side, depending on thickness. For well done the temperature inside should be at least 160 °F
