Armadillo Eggs

Ingredients
- 12 each Whole Jalapenos
- 2 bags Shredded Colby/Jack Cheese
- 1 package Hot Pork Sausage
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 2 each Eggs Beaten
- 1 Package Shake n' Bake for Pork

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- De-seed jalapenos and stuff with Colby/Jack Cheese
- Mix pork sausage, Bisquick, and 1 bag of Colby/Jack Cheese to form a stiff dough.
- Wrap stuffed jalapenos with dough and carefully seal the ends.
- Dip into beaten eggs, then roll in Shake n' Bake.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
