Chicken Burger
This burger is made with ground chicken instead of ground beef.
If you don't have ground chicken, you can use chicken breast that you can flatten out before adding the spices and grilling. Yum.
Instructions
Season ground chicken with salt, thyme and pepper to taste. Form it into patties. Set aside
Prepare the burgers in preheated grill, over medium heat. Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 5-10 minutes per side. For well done the temperature inside should be at least 160 °F.
Assemble burgers with chicken patties, lettuce, mustard and cheese.
