Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Season vegetables and chicken with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  2. Place vegetables and chicken in skewers, alternating layers
  3. Prepare in preheated grill, over medium heat. Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 5-10 minutes per side.
  4. Serve right away! Use sauces as desired.

Great served with rice.

Consider using grill mats when using an outdoor grill to help prevent food from sticking.
