Guacamole Burger
Add a little twist to your next cookout by offering your guest something a little different. Bring a little guacamole to your next cookout and see how many of your guest will try your new Guacamole Burger. Have no fear if it’s a flop, just put out a bag of your favorite chips and you now have guacamole dip to server.

- 1 lbs Ground beef
- 4 each Burger Buns
- 4 each Sliced Cheese
- Avocado Mashed
- Tomatoe Sliced
- Lettuce
- Red Onion Chopped
- Salt & Pepper To Taste

- 1 lbs Ground beef
- 4 each Burger Buns
- 4 each Sliced Cheese
- Avocado Mashed
- Tomatoe Sliced
- Lettuce
- Red Onion Chopped
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions

Season ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.
Form into patties.
Set aside

Mix mashed avocado with red onion, and season with salt and pepper

Prepare the burgers in preheated grill, over medium heat.
Flip until browned in all sides and let cook for about 5-10 minutes per side.
For well done the temperature inside should be at least 160 °F.

Assemble burgers with meat, vegetables, cheese and guacamole.

If you make extra Guacamole don't forget to also server tortilla chips. Guacamole also makes a great dip!
