How to Make Keto Coffee at Home
In this video, I show you my morning routine and show you how to make keto coffee at home.
I start out every day with a cup of this Keto Coffee. It is great for anyone on the keto diet by adding more of the good fats into your system early in the morning. This coffee helps keep me energized in the mornings and I am easily able to skip breakfast which helps if you are doing intermittent fasting with your keto diet.
The thought of adding butter and fat into your morning coffee really doesn’t sound good. I challenge anyone to try it for 1 week and see how you like the taste and if you feel better in the mornings.
I’ve had friends that asked me how I make my keto coffee, so I explained how I make it so they can give it a try. I haven’t had anyone come back after trying it for a week and tell me they didn’t like it. The fact is that I have had people tell me a year later that they are still drinking this coffee.
Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments.
