  1. Start with 3 cups of strong coffee
  2. Add Ghee. (Can substitute Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, Unsalted)
  3. Add ground turmeric
  4. Add MCT Oil
  5. Mix in a blender or cup blender

You can add a pinch of cyanine pepper or cinnamon to spice things up a bit. 
If you want to sweeten this up, make sure you use a keto-friendly type of sweetener.
