Ingredients
2
each
carrots
cut into medium slices
1
tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
fresh thyme
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Clean and slice carrots into 1/2 inch slices.
Season carrots with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place carrot slices on skewers or place in grill basket.
Place on preheated grill over a medium-low heat. Add wood chips to get a nice smoke flavor.
Flip until browned on all sides and let cook until carrots are soft.
